Large capacity CO2 incubator for 40/52 layer stack plate

The MaxCell MLF (Multi Layer Flask)  is a large capacity incubator optimized for Cell Factory (Thermofisher), or Hyperstack (Corning) flasks used for large scale cell production. The mutilayer flasks are held securely in special carriers in the incubator. Gas hose connections are convenient and easy to make.

Compatible with 40-stacked Cell Factory/Hyperstack
The single chamber model can hold 4 sets of 40- or 50-plate stacks. The two chambered model can hold 8 sets.

Special Carrier is used for the Stacked Plates
The special carrier are easily installed and fixed into place in the MaxCell MLF, then operator can put the upper-cart of the special carrier into this machine and fix it on.

Gas Hose Connections
CO2 gas tubes with a quick check valve connector maake secure leak-free connections to the plate stacks easy. The CO2 gas mixture chamber is inside the body of the incubator and a regulated supply is delivered to each stack.

Front Window
The front door of the MaxCell MLF has a large window and an LED light inside the chamber allows a clear view of the interior.

Multifunctional LCD Touchscreen
An LCD touchscreen provides information such as an operation log, the number of culture vessels in use and a graphical display of each parameter.

External Recorder (Option)
An external recorder can be retrofitted to the front panel of the MaxCell LMF which will record each controlled parameter.
