KBM502 media is a culture medium for the expansion culture of human lymphocytes (NK cells, T cells, and dendritic cells) for adoptive immunotherapy.

- This product is a culture medium suitable for the expansion culture of human lymphocytes (T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells).
- KBM 500 series (501/502, 540, 550 and 560) are the most frequently used for adoptive immunotherapy in Japan.
- Cytokines appropriate for the target cells should be added at the time of use.
- Can be used for the expansion culture of cells activated with KBM 501.
- The addition of serum (plasma) may be omitted during the expansion culture.
- This product contains human interleukin-2 (IL-2) at 175,000 JRU/mL (281 IU/mL).
- KBM 502B, which is KBM502 filled in a gas-permeable bag, is also available. You can choose either according to your purpose.
- This product contains no protein other than human serum albumin, human transferrin, recombinant human insulin and recombinant human interleukin-2.
- The shelf life of each medium is comparatively longer even in the presence of L-glutamine.
