KBM 502B description

• KBM 500 series (501/502, 540, 550 and 560) are the most frequently used for adoptive immunotherapy in Japan.
• This product is KBM 502 packed in a cell culture bag.
  The cell culture bag has excellent gas permeability.
• This product is a medium suitable for the expansion culture of human lymphocytes (T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells).
  Cytokines appropriate for the target cells should be added at the time of use.
• Can be used for the expansion culture of cells activated with KBM 501.
  The addition of serum (plasma) may be omitted during the expansion culture.
• This product contains human interleukin-2 (IL-2) at 175,000 JRU/mL (281 IU/mL).
• The shelf life of each medium is comparatively longer even in the presence of L-glutamine.
• The products are manufactured at our factory as certified ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
