AzureSpectra Western Blotting Kits provide everything you need to perform two-color fluorescent Western blots. Each kit includes pre-cut membranes, wash buffer, protein-free blocking buffer, quenching sheets, and secondary antibodies to detect two proteins per experiment.

Each kit contains materials for 10 Western Blots:

9x7cm Low Fluorescent PVDF Membranes, 10 membranes

10x Fluorescent Blot Washing Buffer, 250mL

5x Protein-Free Blot Blocking Buffer, 60mL

Background Quenching Sheets, 10 sheets

2 Fluorescent Secondary Antibodies, 40μL each
