Product Description

This product is a culture medium suitable for activating human lymphocytes (T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells).
Cytokines appropriate for the target cells should be added at the time of use.

Add 5 to 10% serum (plasma) at the start of the activation culture.
It is recommended to use KBM 502 and KBM 502B for the expansion culture after activation.

This product contains recombinant human interleukin-2 (IL-2) at 1,750 JRU/mL (2810 IU/mL).
