Human Umbilical MSC EVs with Verified Size and Morphology for Consistent Results
JOT-HUMSC-EV-01 series provides extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUCMSCs). The parental cells are a well-established source known for producing EVs with regenerative and signalling potential.
EVs are isolated using ultracentrifugation, a standard method that yields highly enriched vesicle populations. Each batch is characterised by nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to confirm particle size distribution (80–150 nm) and spherical morphology.
Supplied in lyophilised format, these EVs are stable for up to 36 months and can be reliably reconstituted in saline or hyaluronic acid for downstream research.
