Boost immunofluorescence sensitivity up to 100-fold with HRP-catalyzed Tyramide Signal Amplification. Choose from bright, photostable CF® dyes or biotin for multiplex IHC, CycIF and spatial biology applications.
Product Description
HRP-Catalyzed Tyramide Kits for Multiplex IHC, CycIF & Spatial Biology
Boost immunofluorescence sensitivity by up to 100-fold using HRP-catalyzed Tyramide Signal Amplification (TSA), also known as Catalyzed Reporter Deposition (CARD).
Designed for multiplex IHC, ICC, FISH, CycIF and spatial biology workflows, these TSA kits enable high-density in situ labeling of low-abundance protein and nucleic acid targets — even in challenging samples such as human FFPE tissues.
An excellent alternative to Opal® and Aluora® tyramide systems.
Why Choose These TSA Kits?
Up to 100× Higher Sensitivity
• Detect low-expression biomarkers
• Improve signal in autofluorescent tissues
• Reduce primary antibody concentration
Flexible Tyramide Options
Choose from:
• 6 bright, photostable CF® Dye tyramides
• Biotin tyramide
CF® dyes deliver superior brightness and photostability compared to many conventional fluorophores.
Choose Your HRP Conjugate
• Goat anti-mouse HRP (highly cross-adsorbed)
• Goat anti-rabbit HRP
• Streptavidin-HRP
Compatible with multiplex and cyclic immunofluorescence (CycIF, t-CycIF).
Kit Components
Each kit includes:
• CF® Dye or Biotin-Tyramide stock solution
• HRP Goat anti-mouse IgG (highly cross-adsorbed*)
• BSA for blocking
• Tyramide Amplification Buffer Plus
• 30% Hydrogen Peroxide
Each kit stains approximately 50–150 slides, depending on protocol and volume used.
*Goat anti-mouse antibody is adsorbed against bovine, horse, human, rabbit, and swine serum to minimise cross-reactivity (not cross-adsorbed against rat).
Optimised for Multiplex & Cyclic Detection
TSA enables covalent dye deposition at the site of HRP activity, allowing:
• Multiple sequential rounds of amplification
• No host species limitation in multiplex panels
• Strong signal over background autofluorescence
• Integration with conventional immunostaining
Suitable for spatial biology platforms including Akoya PhenoImager systems.
