Significantly Improve Signal-to-Noise of EV Staining

The ExoBrite™ EV Stain Enhancer (100X) is a specialised additive designed to boost the performance of extracellular vesicle (EV) staining reactions, particularly for flow cytometry applications. By reducing or eliminating dye aggregation, the enhancer enables more efficient staining of EV membranes, resulting in a higher signal-to-noise ratio and fewer false positives.

Validated with lectins and Annexin V, the enhancer is simple to use—just add directly to the staining reaction—and does not interfere with antibody staining, ensuring compatibility with multi-parameter EV analysis.

While not required for intrinsically low-aggregation stains such as CTB or ExoBrite™ antibody conjugates, the enhancer has been shown to be highly beneficial when using WGA, lectins, and Annexin V. It is not recommended for use with lipophilic dyes such as ExoBrite™ True EV Membrane Stains or PKH dyes.
