This ready-to-use buffer delivers ~85% EV recovery post-lyophilisation, maintaining particle morphology and functional cargo delivery.

Validated across a variety of EV sources—including red blood cell-derived, mesenchymal stromal cell-derived, and plant-derived EVs—this formulation is free from interfering additives such as membrane-permeating agents, protein-based cryoprotectants, synthetic polymers, lipids, or organic solvents. Its components are fully removable by a single centrifugation or standard EV purification method.
