Validated across multiple nucleic acid types—including ASOs, siRNA, miRNA, mRNA, and plasmid DNA—this kit supports both in vitro and in vivo applications.

The streamlined 40-minute protocol eliminates the use of liposomal reagents and micelle formation, ensuring clean and reproducible EV re-purification. This guarantees that downstream cellular responses arise solely from EV-mediated delivery, avoiding artefacts from co-purified lipid complexes or residual transfectants.
