Conjugated to high-performance CF® Dyes, the antibody ensures superior photochemical switching, minimal aggregation, and high signal-to-noise for reliable image reconstruction.
Validated for detection of the tetraspanin marker CD9 in isolated EVs, this antibody provides superior performance compared to conventional CD9 antibodies, which often lack EV validation or require extensive optimisation for super-resolution applications.
Available in four colours—CF®498, CF®568, CF®583R, and CF®647Plus—corresponding to FITC, Cy®3, Texas Red®, and Cy®5 channels, the ExoBrite™ STORM CD9 Antibody supports flexible multi-colour EV analysis and is fully compatible with co-staining and bead-bound EV protocols.
