JOT-HRBCEV-A1 contains a highly purified, homogeneous population of extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from human red blood cells (RBCs). These vesicles, 50–250 nm in size, are obtained from pre-isolated RBCs via a rigorous purification workflow that removes contaminants such as lipoproteins and serum proteins, ensuring exceptional purity.
RBCEVs are naturally biocompatible and carry RNA, protein, and lipid cargo reflective of their parental cells. They are ideal for therapeutic cargo delivery, nanomedicine development, and as positive controls in EV-related experiments. Detection is possible via anti-GPA antibodies or EV-specific fluorescent dyes.
